For the last seven years we've been based in Salobrena, Spain. We're about to embark on a new phase, shifting our base to Eire and building an energy-efficient home in an ecovillage - a community committed to ecological, social and economic sustainability. Exciting times.

Feasting on what we harvested
Sweet corn, squash, aubergine, fir pink apple potatoes and tomato relish (tomatoes, garlic and onion) with our barbecued pork (and blackberries from Encarni). It wasn't really cold but Corina borrowed a fleece against the cooler evening air.
